Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the LuxeHome Customer and Technician apps and related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Technician accounts are created and issued by LuxeHome.

2. Orders, rentals & refurbishment

• Product availability and pricing are shown per branch and may change.
• Rentals are billed for the duration you select.
• Refurbishment is scheduled subject to technician availability at your branch.
• Payments are currently collected as Cash on Delivery.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

4. Content you upload

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant LuxeHome a limited licence to process them solely to provide the requested service (e.g. design suggestions or refurbishment).

5. Disclaimer & liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, LuxeHome is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Platform.

6. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
