Delete Your Account & Data

You can ask LuxeHome to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to admin@luxehome.com from the email address or with the phone number registered on your account.
2. Use the subject line: "Delete my LuxeHome account".
3. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone).
• Photos you uploaded (room photos and refurbishment photos).
• Saved addresses and location preferences.

What we may retain

We may keep a limited record of completed transactions (orders, rentals, refurbishment jobs) where we are required to do so for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. Such records are retained only as long as the law requires and are then deleted.

Timeframe

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
